...when th tourney didnt make this week then was back on, i didnt realize it wa still gonna b a STATE level event. i think i laugh'd all th way home... and 2 bed.. of course this was just GSA fall... but we took USSSA spring too... thanks4 all your support... n your sundays..

not th best of comp but that aint these boys fault. this weekend was about just taking care of business... even once we drop'd that 1st game, i told them this thing was winable... matter of fact, if we dont win this, something was wrong... by no means are we where we need to be pract'g and/or play'g just once a week... we're miss'g many faces but get'g it done. actually xpect'g & njoy'g win'g...

...think we'll take this song & dance back2 austell this coming weekend for some o that GSA State.

2wks ago, we 1day tourney'd... not so good. i thought pitch'g would b a prob... it was. 0&2. 3 scores vs 32. top3 bat'g positions did its thang. lead off scored all3. rest o us... not so much.

took a weekend off. work'd on pitch'g. base steal'g. mental toughness stuff.

2day... spread 15inn btwn 5pitchers over 3games. went 3&0 av'g 9runs while giving up 4, 8, & 2. every1 increased there primary leads... every1 ran, almost... top 6batting slots made it happen. not th same caliber teams as th 1st wk, but no slouches... only 9players... total domination... they're nviting us back our next weekend.

...i luv it when a plan comes 2gether... o we still gots plenty, plenty of work2do. hate4 those not coming along4 th ride. yeah, what a diff a day makes.  feel free2 chime on n, we justa blog'g it out.

SEPT Shootout... shot down.

The new look & feel Rally ventured to PTree City to see how th land lay... I knew our pitch'g would suspect since we really hadnt work'd on it. Most of us hadnt live pitch'd since July.  Stating we gots some work 2do is an understatement. ...but i'm on it... practice will b extend'd a couple xtra hours SUN. We'll work on pitch'g & base steal'g from 3-7pm. Rest assured once a few of our arms come back up2 game time speed & control... we'll b competitive.

i was however, impressed with th top of our batting lineup. our leadoff got on 4 staight times & we were able to manufacture him in2 score 3 of them times... problem: those were our only 3 scores... yes, work2do... come early... bring a lunch.
